- Personal Checks imprinted with your address and accompanied by suitable identification
We cannot under any circumstances accept third party checks or credit cards belonging to anyone but the immediate customer.
Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 24 hours in most cases (except weekends and holidays) unless an item is out of stock. There will be times (1-2 weeks within start of classes) that it might take up to 48 hours to get orders shipped out.
Shipping:
Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground. If you desire an alternate means of shipping, please specify when checking out. UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box number, so we prefer a street address. The following is the shipping cost of sending out your package:
UPS Ground $7.95
UPS Next-Day Air $25.00 (Next business day from the day the merchandise ships out)
UPS 2nd-Day Air $18.00 (Two business days from the day the merchandise ships out)

Sales Tax:
Sales tax (7%) will be charged on all shipments within the State of Ohio. Any shipments made outside of Ohio will be tax exempt. (Note: It is the responsibility of the Buyer to report any tax exempt Internet purchases when filing their Income Taxes.)
